Aldo’s Gym Youth Strength Camp 💪
Help your child build confidence, strength, and healthy habits at Aldo’s Gym Kids Weight Training Camp. Designed for two age groups 5-9 (8:30am-10am) & 10–16 (10am-11:30am), this program focuses on teaching proper strength training techniques in a safe, supervised, and motivating environment. Our experienced coaches guide young athletes through structured workouts that improve overall fitness, discipline, and athletic performance while making training fun and engaging.
