Scholastic Programs

Coach Aldo's Scholastic Programs are dually focused - first around instilling confidence and a strong work ethic from an early age and second proper technique to ensure that as his kids mature they will continue to lift safely and effectively.  During this stage in a young athlete's life they are "skill-hungry" and primed for new information.

Youth - Confidence

Coach Aldo’s Youth Program is focused on laying down the basic foundation for your future athlete.  With workouts geared towards coordination, athleticism and proper technique Coach Aldo is able to build a solid work ethic and instill a healthy life style into his young clients and most importantly build  confidence in their abilities.
