General Fitness

 

Coach Aldo’s General Fitness centers around the small group condinitioning program.  Workouts are structured to allow clients to reach their highest fitness goals with a combination of strength and metabolic conditioning movements using a variety of free weight equipment and body weight movements.

 

Our Small Group sessions are 60 minutes in length and include:

  • Fitness Assessment

  • Customized Plan

  • Nutritional Guidance
