Coach Aldo’s Youth Program is focused on laying down the basic foundation for your future athlete. With workouts geared towards coordination, athleticism and proper technique Coach Aldo is able to build a solid work ethic and instill a healthy life style into his young clients.
Our Youth Programs are 60 minutes in length and center around:

Home School Programs
Just like Coach Aldo's Youth Program, the Junior High Program continues to build a strong foundation for your athlete. Workouts in this stage of the De La Garza Training Program begin to focus more on speed mechanics, agility and weight lifting.
